CHANCEL CHOIR

The Chancel Choir features vocalists from age 18 and up.  They are the musical presence for the Sunday Worship Services on Sunday mornings.  They sing a variety of musical styles from traditional, classical, jazz, gospel, contemporary - you name it - they sing it.

My OFFERING

My offering believes in singing a new song.  This group, also 18 and up, is an ensemble that works toward blended sound, singing music that offers intricate harmonies and rhythmic challenges in a contemporary setting.

MUSTARD SEEDS

The tiniest seed can produce such a big tree.  These are our youngest musicians - ages 3 - 6.  This is where the musical groundwork begins.  We play games, learn music terms, and sing upbeat songs for His glory.  We start to learn about the different musical notes and their rhythmic values. 

Rehearsal:  This group meets at 10:30 a.m. as a part of our Sunday School curriculum.

MUSIC IN MOTION

Music in Motion is our children's choir, and if you've ever been around elementary school age children, you will know from where this name came.  Anyone from Kindergarten through 5th grade can sing in Music in Motion.  We begin to add solo work and speaking parts at this point.  Being a member of this group can boost self-confidence and develp public speaking skills.  They learn to express their faith through songs and skits.

Rehearsal:  Sunday 5:30 - 6:30 (September through May)

HANDBELL CHOIR

On Sunday mornings, you may hear the glorious sound of bells echoing from above.  Most likely you would be hearing our handbell choir.  Our handbell choir refers to themselves as the "Ding-a-lings".

GOLDEN BELLS

The Golden Bells is a bell plate choir.  This talented group of seniors take their act on the road to share God's musical message with others.

"One thing that I love about Trinity is the congregation loves music - they truly see the Divine Creator in music and understand its importance.  They appreciate a variety of musical styles and so, that is why we try to glorify God in as many different musical ways as we can.  We work hard to prepare the music.  We believe in offering God our best work.  Once we have prepared the music the best we know how, we offer it up to Him, the Divine Maestro.  That's when the real music is made - when the Holy Spirit anoints the music.  Thanks be to God"
